Printed on the band or on its label. Use this when the tag will not read.
It is printed in big digits under the code on their own screen. Use this when the camera will not read it.

Up to twelve letters. It goes up in neon above the camera, and onto every customer's pass.
This line goes on the customer's pass, so write it the way you would say it. Each counter runs on its own: nothing to pair, nothing to sync.
One tap here lets the phone use the camera and read headphone tags. After that the counter runs without a single press.
Taking one back is one tap: touch its sticker on this phone at any moment, even mid-queue, or press Returned below. The guest gets the thank-you on the big screen.
General is what all three apps share. Each app's tab is that app's alone.
On your coupons, the customer page, exports, Drive folders and your Telegram reports.
An event can still use its own venue and links. Coupons always show the number you sign in with, never a typed one.
An organiser signs in with their phone number and the password made for it here. Make one, then send it.
Give each person who works for you a sign in of their own, so nobody needs your password. They work on your events, coupons and headphones, and whatever they do goes to your Telegram and Google Sheet with their name. They cannot see or change your password, your settings or this list, and you can stop them any time.
Shown only now. Send it to them; they can change it in Settings, Change password.
Your own Google Sheet and Drive.
One small script in your own Google account does everything Google: the Sheet rows, Drive backups and sync, and the public page of an event. Nobody else sees it.
1. On a laptop open sheets.new and name the sheet, for example FlyDining.
2. In that sheet: Extensions → Apps Script. Delete whatever code is there.
3. Press Make a strong secret, then Copy script, and paste it in. Your secret is already inside. Save.
4. Already using an older copy of the script? Paste over it, then Deploy → Manage deployments → edit → New version: the link stays the same.
5. Deploy → New deployment → gear → Web app. Execute as Me, access Anyone. Deploy, allow, copy the link ending in /exec and paste it above.
6. Press Test. It says Connected and lists Sheet, Drive and Public page. Google asks once for Drive permission the first time the script runs.
Your own Telegram bot.
Not set by Nokomoto
1. In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot, give it any name. It replies with a token like 8123456789:AAH... Paste that above.
2. Send your new bot one message, anything.
3. Press Find chat id: it asks Telegram who wrote to the bot and fills the id in for you. For a group, add the bot to the group first.
Several people can watch the same night: put every chat id in, separated by commas.
Curly words fill themselves: {name} {phone} {id} {event} {company} {time} {return}. This line is always added at the end:
The token stays on this phone. Plain text only reaches people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours, which is why Meta asks for templates.
My WhatsApp costs nothing and needs no setup: a WhatsApp button appears with the message ready, you press send. Your own number is the sender.
Business API sends by itself after every scan with nothing to press, using Meta's paid WhatsApp Business API. You need a token and a phone number id from business.facebook.com.
Switch the top switch off and no guest is messaged at all, whichever way is picked.
Your FlyDining operational data is stored primarily on this device. FlyDining does not use its own cloud database to store your event, agent, coupon or redemption records.
Google Drive backup/sync can be enabled to protect and synchronise your data.
If Drive backup is disabled, clearing application/browser data, uninstalling the application or losing this device may result in data loss.
One file with everything on this phone. Restore reads any backup and shows what it brings before anything changes.
Back up all saves every event, agent, coupon, redemption and payment on this phone into one file. Keep it anywhere safe: it holds your keys.
Restore reads a backup. FlyDining records are added to what is here, never blindly overwritten: a redeemed coupon stays redeemed, money records are only ever added, and differences are shown before you choose.
Every device signed in with your number gets your events, agents, coupons and scans, and stays in step. What travels is locked on your devices; the website cannot read it.
Headphone issue and returnEach headphone is one sticker. Tap an unknown sticker during the night and it joins the list in one press, so this screen is only for setting up in advance.
Rename or remove opens your list. Tap a headphone to give it a name or remove it; Select several removes many at once. A new name only changes what the screens show, so its sticker and QR label keep working. One that is out with a guest has to come back before it can be removed.
Print QR labels makes one page of QR stickers for your headphones. Stick them on: if a tag ever refuses to read, the camera reads the printed square instead.
Write NFC tags opens the tag writer. It goes through your headphones in order, starting with the first that has no tag yet: hold a sticker flat on the back of the phone, the coil turns green, the phone says which headphone it wrote, and the next one comes up. One tick means written, two mean it was read back from the sticker. It writes only the headphones on your list: with 50 added, it writes those 50 and stops. For more stickers, add more headphones first. Check a sticker shows what any sticker says, without writing.
A sticker that already has something on it is never written over without asking, so one held on a moment too long cannot become the next number too. Plain blank stickers work without writing too, using their built-in serial.
Which side of the phone watches the queue. Double-tapping the camera picture switches it too.
Guests play a short coded sound while their code is on screen, and this phone takes whichever it gets first: the sound through its microphone, or the code through its camera. On the counter screen, tap the ear to switch this on, hold it to switch it off.
On: when you hand a headphone over, by tag or by typing its number, this phone plays a short coded OK and the guest's page moves on to how to use it, by itself. Their phone asks for its microphone once, the moment the page opens. It also lets this phone ask a guest's phone to play again, by itself, when their sound came through damaged. Off: nothing is asked of the guest, and this phone says their name, or says why it could not read them.
Microphone off
No sounds heard yet.
Guest side. After their number, the guest's phone plays about three seconds of coded chirps at full volume. It asks the guest for nothing: a web page may always play a sound.
This phone. It listens with its microphone, which it asks for once at Start. The sound carries the guest's name and number, encrypted and signed with the key from your QR, so a recording or a stranger's phone gets nothing.
If it is missed. The guest presses Play again, or shows the QR as before. Loud music near the counter is the usual reason; volume up and phones close together is the usual fix.
Self-test. Plays a test sound from this phone's own speaker and listens for it. A pass means the microphone, the speaker and the decoding all work on this phone.
A different way altogether. Every headphone carries a QR label and an NFC tag that open WhatsApp on the guest's own phone, with a message to your number already written: which headphone, that it comes back clean and working, where, and your terms. The guest presses Send, and your WhatsApp holds the record, with their number, their name and the time. At the counter, a tap hands a headphone out and the next tap takes it back.
Off is the fastest: a scan or a tap opens WhatsApp straight away. On: a page shows for a moment first, puts the time of the scan in the words, and offers a return message when the same phone scans again.
The guest. Scans the label with their camera, or touches the tag with their phone, and WhatsApp opens with the message written. They press Send. With the TAGO page first, a page shows for a moment before WhatsApp, puts the time of the scan in the words, and offers the return message when the same phone scans again.
You. Every message arrives in your WhatsApp with the guest's number, their name and the time. Search your chats for a headphone number to see who has it.
The counter. A tap on a headphone at an empty counter hands it out, the next tap takes it back, so the Out list and the team stay right. The same labels and tags still work for everything else.
Stickers. A tag holds far less than a printed code. On the common NTAG213 stickers a tag carries a shorter message, and the line above shows it; the printed code always carries everything. NTAG215 and NTAG216 stickers hold the whole message: switch that line on if yours are those.

LYRX keeps its own languages, AI keys and sound outputs, for your number only. They are changed in LYRX, so nothing is set twice.
The device name and staff go into every FlyDining record and the audit trail, so you can tell which counter did what. The id is random, made on this device; nothing is read from the hardware.

Wiping removes this phone’s FlyDining data; back up first. Your exports, sheet, Drive and Telegram keep whatever was sent to them.
