First-Time Sky Dining Guide: How to Prepare for Your Session

Your seat is booked and you are ready to rise above the ground. A little preparation makes the experience smoother.

Before the day

• Read your booking confirmation and check the session time.
• Review the Safety Rules and the Cancellation Policy.
• If you have a medical condition or a disability, contact us before you book so our safety officer can advise.
• Keep valid government-issued photo ID ready for check-in.

What to wear

• Comfortable clothing and secure footwear.
• Avoid loose garments, high heels, slippers and open footwear. We also recommend avoiding skirts.
• Pick a bright outfit; the photos are part of the fun.

When to arrive

Our Terms ask guests to arrive at least 40 minutes before the session. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows, so arrive early, check in calmly and use the restroom before boarding.

What to leave on the ground

• Mobile phones, cameras and loose items are restricted unless the staff authorise them.
• Sharp objects, lighters, cigarettes, alcohol and flammable materials.
• Pets are not permitted.

During the session

Keep your safety harness on at all times and follow the crew’s instructions. Sit back, enjoy the view and the meal, and let the experience unfold.

Dishes are pre-set with fixed portions, so every guest shares the same menu. There is no à la carte ordering.
