FlyDining Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and participation in the FlyDining experience, which operates under license through independently managed FlyDining franchise partners. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with these Terms.
2. Parties and Operation
Franchisor: Jumpking International LLP, the brand owner and licensor of FlyDining.
Franchise Operator: The independent company or entity licensed to operate FlyDining at a given location, responsible for all bookings, safety, customer service, and finances.
Customer: The individual making and/or participating in a FlyDining booking.
Each FlyDining location is owned and operated by a separate Franchise Operator. The Franchisor (Jumpking International LLP) is not involved in daily management or operations of franchise outlets.
3. Franchisor Disclaimer and Non-Liability
Jumpking International LLP expressly disclaims any and all liability for claims, disputes, injuries, refunds, cancellations, or complaints related to FlyDining bookings or services. The Franchisor has no control or involvement in franchise operations and shall not be named or joined as a party in any dispute, arbitration, or legal proceeding. All operational, financial, and customer responsibilities lie solely with the respective Franchise Operator. Each franchise’s legal jurisdiction shall apply exclusively to disputes arising from that location.
4. Booking and Payment
- All bookings require full advance payment to confirm.
- Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless expressly approved by the Franchise Operator.
- Seat allocation is at the discretion of the franchise management and is final.
- Unauthorized resale or misuse of a booking is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
- The Franchise Operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings and issue refunds at its discretion.
- Customers must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.
5. Eligibility and Health
- Minimum age: 5 years. Children below 5 years are not permitted.
- Pregnant women are strictly prohibited from participation.
- Maximum weight limit: 100 kilograms per person.
- Guests must declare any medical conditions such as heart disease, epilepsy, vertigo, or other limitations prior to participation.
- Franchise staff have full authority to deny participation if they deem a guest unfit or unsafe to board.
6. Arrival and Check-In
- Guests must arrive at least 40 minutes before the scheduled session time.
- Late arrivals will be treated as no-shows and will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
7. Conduct and Safety
- Guests must wear the provided safety harness at all times and follow staff instructions strictly.
- Tampering with or removing safety gear is prohibited.
- Guests engaging in unsafe, abusive, or disorderly behavior will be removed without refund.
- The FlyDining staff and safety officers have complete authority to make decisions related to safety and operation.
- Any guest found under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants will be denied boarding or removed without refund.
8. Prohibited Items and Behavior
- The following items are not permitted: sharp objects, lighters, cigarettes, alcohol, narcotics, pets, or flammable materials.
- Carrying mobile phones, cameras, or loose items on board is restricted unless specifically authorized by staff.
- Non-compliance with safety or behavior rules will result in removal and forfeiture of payment.
9. Dress Code
- Guests are required to wear suitable clothing and secure footwear.
- Loose garments, high heels, slippers, or open footwear are not allowed for safety reasons.
10. Privacy and Data
- Personal data collected during bookings is handled exclusively by the Franchise Operator in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Jumpking International LLP does not store, access, or process customer data from franchise operations.
11. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Force Majeure
FlyDining sessions may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns. Refunds or rescheduling will be at the discretion of the Franchise Operator. Neither the Franchisor nor the Franchise Operator shall be liable for losses due to force majeure events.
12. Emergency and Safety Protocols
In case of an emergency, safety protocols must be followed. The crew has full authority to halt the session or conduct an emergency descent. Guests must remain calm and follow instructions.
13. Insurance and Risk
FlyDining does not provide personal accident, medical, or life insurance. Participation is at the guest’s own risk. The Franchisor and Franchise Operators are not liable for any injuries or health issues.
14. Indemnity
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jumpking International LLP, its officers, affiliates, and Franchise Operators from any claims or losses arising from participation, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
15. Promotional Media and Marketing
Guests consent to FlyDining and franchise partners capturing photos or videos for marketing. Those who wish to opt out must inform the franchise in writing before boarding.
16. Refund Policy
No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, intoxicated guests, health-related denials, or violations of rules. Refunds, if applicable, are processed only by the Franchise Operator.
17. Insurance Disclaimer
Guests acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and agree that neither the Franchisor nor the Franchise Operator is responsible for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.
18. Legal Jurisdiction and Franchise Details
Each FlyDining location must display its registered franchise name, address, and jurisdiction.

Jumpking International LLP shall not be a party to any proceedings.
19. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must first be raised with the franchise. If unresolved, arbitration may follow under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jumpking International LLP is excluded from such proceedings.
20. Modification of Terms
The Franchise Operator may modify these Terms without prior notice. The version displayed on the booking platform at payment time is final.
21. Acceptance
By proceeding with booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and that Jumpking International LLP bears no responsibility for your FlyDining experience.
