Can I cancel or change my booking?
Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, but you can reschedule by paying any price difference. See the Cancellation Policy.
What happens in bad weather?
The experience is cancelled only for major unforeseen circumstances. If you cannot reschedule, you get a full refund within 5 to 7 working days. See the Weather Policy.
How many guests per session?
Up to 24 guests can be seated per session.
Can guests with disabilities take part?
Yes, wheelchair users and guests with mild disabilities can participate. Please contact us before booking so our safety officer can guide you.
