Sky Dining FAQ: 12 Questions Answered Before You Book

Dining 50 metres above the ground raises a few questions. Here are the ones we hear most, answered in plain language.

Booking and what is included

Where can I book?

Seats are sold only online at flydining.com. Choose your city first, then pick a session.

What does my ticket cover?

Admission to FlyDining, a seat at the table, and food and beverages from the menu of your chosen package.

Can I order from a menu?

Dishes are pre-set for each session, with fixed portions, so every guest shares the same unique experience. There is no à la carte or buffet.

How many people are on the table?

Up to 24 guests per session, with a small crew in the centre.

How long does a session last?

Between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the package. Check the details on your city page before booking.

On the day

What if I arrive late?

The table takes off on schedule. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows and cannot be refunded or rescheduled, so aim to arrive well ahead of time.

What about restroom breaks?

Restrooms are on the ground, so use them before boarding. In an emergency the table can be lowered, but rejoining the session is not possible.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is prohibited for safety reasons.

Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code, but we recommend avoiding skirts and open-toed shoes for comfort and safety.

Changes, weather and accessibility

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, but you can reschedule by paying any price difference. Read the Cancellation Policy.

What happens in bad weather?

Sessions are cancelled only for major unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather. If you cannot reschedule, you receive a full refund. See the Weather Policy.

Can guests with disabilities take part?

Often yes. Wheelchair users and guests with mild disabilities should write to us before booking with details, so our safety officer can advise.
