This page summarises the relevant sections of our Terms & Conditions. If anything here differs, the Terms apply.

1Who operates each location

Each FlyDining location is owned and operated by an independent Franchise Operator, responsible for bookings, safety, customer service and finances. Jumpking International LLP is the brand owner and licensor and is not involved in daily operations.

2Franchisor disclaimer

Jumpking International LLP disclaims liability for claims, disputes, injuries, refunds, cancellations or complaints related to FlyDining bookings or services, and is not a party to disputes or proceedings between guests and Franchise Operators. Each location’s legal jurisdiction applies to disputes arising there.

3Insurance and risk

FlyDining does not provide personal accident, medical or life insurance. Participation involves inherent risks and is at the guest’s own risk. Neither the Franchisor nor the Franchise Operator is responsible for loss, injury or damage to persons or property.

4Indemnity

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jumpking International LLP, its officers, affiliates and Franchise Operators from claims or losses arising from participation, negligence or breach of the Terms.

5Our safety commitment

Safety officers and crew follow strict safety protocols, can halt a session or perform an emergency descent, and have the final say on all safety decisions. Learn more on our Safety Measures page.
