FlyDining Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy
Most FlyDining merchandise items are custom-made after an order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the order has been processed or shipped.
Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and moved into production.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than transit damage.

Goods once sold cannot be taken back, especially custom or made-to-order items.
Exchanges (for Damaged Items Only)

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product only.

No monetary refunds will be issued.
Conditions for Exchange Approval

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
